BIOGRAPHY – Alice Tulecki Documents and Professional Services, LLC, under the direction of Alice Tulecki, its CEO and Owner became a reality after Tulecki retired from enjoying an abundant history of employment with Not-For-Profits. Tulecki a New Jersey Notary Public Commissioned since 1991 created D&PS, LLC in 2002 a Mobile Notary Service. Tulecki’s experience as a Pre-Closer in the following loan services: FHA, VA, HUD & HELOC Loans; Second Mortgages; Adjustable, Fixed Rate, Reverse Mortgages, and Non-Conforming Loans. Tulecki also does ordinary notarial services such as Wills; Medical Litigation Services providing services to residents and businesses of Ocean or Monmouth Counties. Meeting with NJ Residents in their own environment including but not limited to shut-in's: Residents of Nursing Homes or Assisted/Supportive Living Facilities. A graduate of Brick Township High School, she became a wife, mother, and homemaker. Tulecki began as a successful Professional Bookkeeper, ending her Business career as a Business Manager in the Not-for Profit fields over a lifetime. Her education continued over the years with courses at the college level while pursuing numerous uninterrupted educational programs to keep on top of her field and the rapid technology changes. Recently Tulecki completed Certification as a Vocational Instructor, at Ocean County Vocational Technical School, Toms River. More recent Tulecki has become a Notary Public Education & Training Instructor with Academy for Notaries by Jennie Stormes.

24) Arson Detection for First Responder (NFA Course) -- The student will be able to recognize as first responders the indicators of an intentionally set fire, preserve evidence, and report the information to the appropriate official. He or She will be able to clearly define the role of the first responder, and understand that the first responder’s role is not to determine the origin or cause of the fire, and that he/she is not responsible as an investigator. Student manual will be provided. Bring paper and pencil.
